CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 48-hour cancellation required for full refund
• If cancellation occurs due to weather conditions or mechanical problems, the Rental Boat Operator reserves the right to change the customer to another date or to a different vessel which is comparable or an upgrade at no additional cost
• Cancellations made on the same day or with less than 24-hour notice for rentals

• MUST HAVE PREVIOUS OUTBOARD BOATING EXPERIENCE. Rental boat operator reserve the right to refuse to rent without adequate experience. Refund will not be given if customer is unable to operate vessel in a safe manner
• MUST BE OVER THE AGE 23 YEARS A VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO I.D.
• MUST BRING CREDIT CARD & UPON ARRIVAL A HOLD OF $1,000 SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE PLACED ON YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR DAMAGE/LIABILITY. Operator do not accept Amex for security deposits. The hold will be released after the vessel has been returned and inspection of the vessel is completed. Fuel will be charged (market rate) after return

• The Operator on Boat MUST be able to understand and speak English in order to participate & sign legal agreement. Safety/ Navigation/Vessel Operation instructions will be given in English
• Guests cannot rent if they are possess or under the influence of drugs or alcohol
