Minimum Rental Age: Renters must be 22 years of age or older.
Valid Driver’s License Required: All drivers must present a valid driver’s license at the time of rental.
Credit Card Required: A valid credit card is required for security purposes.
English Requirement: Renters must have a basic understanding of written and spoken English to understand and sign the rental agreement.
Traffic Laws Apply: Electric cars must follow all applicable traffic laws, rules, and regulations, just like regular motor vehicles.
No Drugs or Alcohol: Guests may not rent, operate, or drive an electric car while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Driving Range: Electric cars have a driving range of up to 20 miles.
Overnight Charging Required: For 24-hour rentals, electric cars must be plugged in and charged overnight. Please confirm with your hotel or accommodation that electric vehicle charging is permitted and available. If charging is not available, we recommend renting a gas golf cart instead.
Road Restrictions: Electric cars may only be driven on approved roads with a posted speed limit of 35 MPH or less, in accordance with applicable laws.
Outstanding Balance: Any remaining balance is due at the pick-up location before the vehicle is released.
Early Returns: NO REFUNDS or credits will be issued for early returns.
Loss or Damage: The renter is financially responsible for any loss or damage to the electric car during the rental period.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior or on the same day are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be charged in full.
Rentals booked within 24 hours of the scheduled rental time are NON-REFUNDABLE.
NO-SHOWS will be charged in full and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If your reservation is cancelled by the rental company, you will receive a full refund.
