• Guests will be paired up on the Jet Ski's (2 people per Jet Ski) and cannot exceed a total combined weight of 450 LBS
• MUST KNOW HOW TO SWIM to participate. Jet Skis are located in the water about 30 feet from the floating barge. You must be able to swim from the floating barge to the Jet Skis
• JET SKI OPERATOR MUST have a basic understanding of the English Language Florida Law requires
• GUESTS BORN IN OR AFTER JAN 1st, 1988 MUST HAVE A BOATERS SAFETY CERTIFICATE TO OPERATE THE JET SKI. You Must present your certificate or show your email proof at check in. (No photocopies accepted). If the oldest on the Jet Ski is born in 1987 or before, a Boaters Safety Certificate is not needed
• A brief orientation will be given to all jet ski operator for freestyle time
• Jet Ski Operator is responsible for any loss or damage to the jet ski
• Please note that a safety lanyard (key) is attached to the Jet Ski driver at all times
• GUESTS CANNOT PARTICIPATE IF THEY ARE pregnant or have any existing medical conditions that put them or others at risk

*ALL MINORS 17 YEARS OF AGE AND YOUNGER MUST have their parent present at the time of check in to complete waivers. Parent must show a Valid Government Issued Photo I.D. ​

• Guests 4-15 years of age may only accompany as a passenger to someone who is at least 18 years of age. They are not allowed under any circumstance to operate the Jet Ski
  
• Guests 16-17 years of age may operate a Jet Ski as long as a passenger accompanies them who is at least 18 years of age and meets above criteria
  
• Guests 18 years of age and older may operate a Jet Ski by themself, as long as a Jet Ski Operator meets above criteria
